Return and Refund Policy

Our team is eager to ensure that we provide all our happy customers a hassle-free order return process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you may request for a refund or an exchange by filling the form above within 7 days from the date delivered. Please follow instructions of our return & refund policy below.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY REQUIREMENTS

• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• Original Invoice should be provided along with order.
• Products must not be washed, altered or damaged.
• Products must have all tags attached.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You may fill in and submit the Return & Exchange Application on this page first. Our team will contact you if further clarification is required.

In most cases exchange requests will be dispatched within 3-5 business days depending on the stock availability.

Returning products will be collected at the time of your new delivery.

A charge of Rs.250 may apply for the re-delivery & collection.

Returning items for refund can either be collected via same courier service at your request or you may use a reliable courier to send it back to us. Please verify with our team before moving forward. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. Total value of the order will be refunded except delivery charges. Transfers can be made to any nominated bank by you. A notification with proof will be sent when the transfer is been made. This usually takes 2 working days upon receiving the returned package.

If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

Please note that our deliveries are handled by third party courier services. Delivery times mentioned may vary according to scheduling of deliveries by the courier services.
